Ms. Nanda Chettri is the Co-Founder, Managing Director (MD), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, playing a multifaceted leadership role that is central to the organization’s foundation and ongoing success. As a Co-Founder, she has been instrumental from the very beginning—shaping the company’s core structure, assembling the operational backbone, and guiding it through its formative phases. With extensive experience in backend operations, Ms. Chettri oversees several mission-critical functions including human resources, finance, compliance, and project coordination. Her ability to manage internal systems, streamline processes, and maintain operational discipline ensures that the company functions efficiently at every level. As Managing Director, she leads internal management, fosters cross-department collaboration, and ensures the alignment of daily operations with long-term strategic goals. In her CFO role, she takes charge of all financial activities—budget planning, financial reporting, cost optimization, and capital management—ensuring the organization’s fiscal health and sustainability. She is deeply involved in resource planning, policy implementation, and team management, serving as a strong link between strategy and execution.
